In his 15 years of appraising in San Francisco, Rob completed nearly 4,500 transactions, appraising more than $4 billion dollars of real estate. He brings this depth of experience to each of his clients and understands the power of real estate to build personal wealth in all market conditions when the right property, location, and price converge. In the course of completing more transactions than even the most seasoned agents, Rob has gained a unique understanding of the drivers of home value in a city with such unique and varied properties as those in San Francisco. He pulls from this depth of experience in every sale with each of his clients. Rob has particular expertise in helping investor clients understand how current market dynamics and future growth potential can affect their choice of property, and he keeps up-to-date on all the relevant developments. His upbeat affable nature, outgoing personality, and genuine passion for real estate make him an ideal partner for his clients. When he's not helping his clients, he enjoys spending time with family and friends sailing San Francisco Bay or skiing the slopes of Tahoe in the winter months. Rob and his partner make their home in Potrero Hill and love to explore The City's diverse neighborhoods on the weekend. Rob has an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
